Saudi Arabia security alert drill for the Islamic Hajj event 2011

Hi, guys are you a muslim? Well I am not. Just want to share this video from Youtube about the preparations of Saudi security police for the annual Hajj Pilgrimage in Mecca.

Millions of Muslim around the world started to fly away to Mecca to fulfil their Hajj Pilgrimage rites. I am not well familiar with this, but based from my research. Muslims are required to visit Mecca at least once in their lifetime. Or if a muslim can’t afford to go to Mecca then he/she must wear a Ihram cloth.

The rituals of Hajj/Hajja is a difficult to fulfil because you need to walk seven times around the Kaaba , and you need to touch the giant Black Stone so your sins will be forgiven.

Once a muslim successfully participated from Mecca,he/she will known as a hajj if you are a men, and hajja if you are a woman.

Only a religious muslim can fulfill a haji for its an expression of their strong dedication to their god Allah.

Today, thousand of Muslims fly to go to Mecca just to perform a hajj pilgrims. Many muslims are already booked their trips from the hotel near in Mecca.

Mecca is located from a province in Saudi Arabia, just few miles away from Jeddah. Check out the security preparations of Saudi Arabian police force.
